The Hangmen Return 2019

Touring side The Hangmen, a regular summer fixture at PG’s & The Artillery for many years, returned to the city for some seriously unserious hockey. Nick Hunwicks put together a PG’s XI and a ‘Deserters XI’ to take them on. Plenty of ‘interesting tactics were on display throughout, including the ‘Double Keeper’, the ‘one-handed beer can carry’ & ‘Port shot’. Returning from the distraction of the Hockey, Belinda welcomed all back to the Artillery for some light refreshments, chilli, Monkey racing & the infamous singing shots table. This was their final year of touring...........
